Project Description

With no changes to the Master Bathroom’s footprint, we applied a total facelift to this space which is largely open to the Master Bedroom. The old vanity, which had the appearance of a dated furniture piece, was replaced with a sleek, new vanity with long, horizontal drawers and an extra thick countertop. Rounded square mirrors, linear lighting fixtures and a minimal white backsplash completes the peaceful, horizontal lines of the vanity space. The adjacent shower and toilet room becomes a second focal point with a wall of interlocking hexagon tiles and a horizontal shower niche. Wood tone LVP flooring adds a natural grounding as well as functionality to the space. The downstairs guest bath is hardly recognizable after a complete renewal, going from brown and dingy to white and bright. This space took on a whole new character when it was remodeled to match the nearby kitchen and family room areas. Upstairs, the fun and vibrant kid’s bathroom was designed with a growing young man in mind. The energetic black and white tile pattern invites you into the space, which is grounded with easy, masculine lines and a palette of comfortable neutrals, a design scheme that will take the user into his college years and beyond.
