A bachelor’s master bathroom sustained a debilitating leak, requiring the entire bathroom to be demolished. The homeowner took this as an opportunity to fully remodel, rather than simply replace the elements. Omega Cabinets in Walnut Pumice echo the cabinets in his kitchen, which was remodeled concurrently. An extra thick, black countertop makes a strong statement, coordinating with the shower bench and the free standing tub, which are also black. The frameless shower reveals a porcelain tile backsplash that extends across the entire wall, past the shower. The finished product was clean, contemporary and masculine, reflecting the client’s aesthetic preferences.
