Project Description
A long and narrow laundry room with high ceilings received a welcome makeover. By moving the sink to the large Palladian window, additional space was created to house a built-in freezer which the couple needed to handle overflow refrigeration from the kitchen. The new cabinet space could have easily been used to contain either an extra refrigerator or a tall steamer. A backsplash of dark charcoal penny royal tile brings life and movement to the space, while in nearby areas of the home, the guest bath and powder room were given a sophisticated lift.
