Project Description
The Sprucewood Kitchen by Preferred Kitchen and Bath received an update through simplification and rearrangement of appliances. By eliminating the cooktop and going to a full range, space was created to relocate the dining table to the opposite end of the room. The wall was taken out to extend the space, allowing light and ambiance from additional windows. The enlarged island echoes the counter, adding workspace and counter height seating for 4. A wine refrigerator with glass enclosed cabinets above creates a beverage center with visual interest. Stainless steel elements, a wall treatment of marble tile and a farmhouse sink with vintage finish all work together to complete the look of a modern kitchen with industrial-rustic elements.
