Project Description
A Coto de Caza kitchen gets an inspiring update by Preferred Kitchen and Bath. This spacious kitchen and family room was ready for a new look. The existing white cabinetry was replaced with modern, Shaker style cabinets in a current, Elemental White finish. The rearrangement of appliances created a more functional and inclusive work area while increased counter space and glass insets added to the feeling of spaciousness within the room. The bi-level, original island was enlarged and reconstructed as a single level island in contrasting black. Wood tone flooring was installed, accenting the black and white theme of the kitchen and adding warmth as well as functionality. A small, round table in dark wood replaced the pecan-tone rectangular table that once occupied the area. Complemented by slip covered chairs in blue and white stripes, the overall effect is one of an inviting and casually elegant space.
