Project Description

Stepping into a Tuscan villa provided clear inspiration for this newly appointed San Clemente home. Working within the concept, Preferred Kitchen and Bath designers collaborated with the architect and builder to create the perfect symbiosis between natural marble, stone, and wood. Glazing the elegant cabinetry and tying in a 48” x 48” stone tile flooring with wood inlay perfectly balanced the room. Meanwhile, beautiful granite marks the countertops and island alike, setting a strong mid-view focal point for the room. A handsome apron sink graces the space beneath one of many windows, allowing natural light to spill across its raised design.
